Useless Discovery Insure!

The service received from Discovery Insure is pathetic. Its a simple claim that should be sorted within 24 hours. Its now 4 days and still not resolved. Your agents are not helpful. All the agents that I have spoken to give me a different story. Between the agents and the service providers I don't know who is telling the truth. There are no notes on your system and no one follows up. If this is the type of service that I am going to receive I will take my business elsewhere. Please bear in mind that I have all your products and I WILL move them!
