Useless Discovery

Discovery life, discovery insure, discovery bank.... Cannot get a single thing right the first time round. it's always a back and forth with them. Send an email... get ignored... send another... same thing until you get a broker involved. You will get an answer, but still no action. Just took my life insurance premium off my account - on time without fail of course. Try to get my excess funder paid out - ha!!! you get it when they decide they feel like actually doing some f***ing work! (Still waiting for this to happen btw) Useless... Just the life product left... and I can't wait to get rid of that too!
