Useless contacting them via email

I have rated this previously and writing on here seems to be the only time Discovery decides to actually get something done. I was refunded in late May (after a month of struggling to get my money back that they withheld without my knowledge - see previous review) with new banking details. Once I saw the amount and it possibly wasn't the full amount, I requested a statement to ensure that I got all my money back. Needless to say, they have STILL not sent a statement. The have for a month now, been back and forth with me asking for banking details (which they have since they refunded me in May), so I resent the same info. Got notice mid June that details were updated (AGAIN)...still no statement or refund....so I contact them again today, and guess what??? They are escalating it to the finance manager as he need to update my banking details!!!!!!!!! Honestly! Even if Discovery paid me to have insurance with them, I will not take it. It's been a wild 6 years being with them and I will NEVER go back.
