Useless and Wicket Insurance Company -Discovery Insurance!!!

Useless insurance company ever, I am going to Christmas with no vehicle. I car was taken to Renew It Bedfordview on the 18th of November till today nothing is done on the car. I am told that I must wait for the new update which will be available on the 3rd of Jan 2024. I spoke to the useless supervisor Bheki from their claims department yesterday who promised to call me till now I am still waiting for his phone call.

I called them today I am told that the supervisor and the manager Amina is not available to take my call. This is always the case when in an organization, service becomes a luxury items while you are paying for that bull**** service every month. Discovery you are useless and I don't wish anyone to g through what you are putting me into. Nomathemba kept me on hold for 23 minutes trying to find someone to attend to my query.
