Useless and *********** service from discovery insure

In October my husband had an accident with his motorcycle. In November the bike was written off. Yet in November and December discovery insure has taken the full debit order off. So we are paying to insure something that is written off. To date they have still not rectified this or made any attempt to do so. Complete incompetence
