Useless

Useless bunch of drones. Have an existing policy with them, all i am doing is adding 2 more cars to the policy and they keep asking the same stupid questions requesting the same ****ing documents every single time I make a small change to the policy. Can someone who has a brain please contact me and get the cars insured as I cannot take delivery of my cars without the cover letter which has taken all day
