Useless

Hi Guys. i called discovery insure on the 21st june 2019 to give notice to withdraw funds from the EFA( excess funder account) i was told it would take 7-10 working days. i have called them to many times to remember since last week asking them whats going on. they have told me you will be paid later this afternoon to 2morrow morning. i have also been told that it would take 14 working days. which one is it? im tired of being messed around. to give me money its always an issue, but to take from a person their is no waiting period. i have cancelled my credit card with discovery because i was tired of being **********. maybe its time to cancel my insurance with you as well. i may be only 1 person, but lets see when multiple people start cancelling because of your *** service
