PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

What a joke of company!! I lodged two claims pertaining to the following:

1. My wall that is about to fall due to the rain and a large plant growing between my and neighbours wall. none of us had planted whatever that is growing - it is just nature taking its course. I absolutely have no control of this as the said walls were built decades ago by the Municipality.

2. My gate motor battery had died due to wear and tear, so now I have to open my gate manually.

My one claim is declined for reasons that do not make sense and the other is still not attended to. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY A PERSON PAYS DISCOVERY INSURE WITHOUT FAIL, I AM DISGUSTED BY YOUR SERVICE, YOU LURE PEOPLE IN TAKING INSURANCE WITH YOUR COMPANY AND NOT DELIVER - THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE! AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!
