Use Discovery if you are happy to wait 22 days for a claim

My claim was closed without my knowledge... apparently it was a systems glitch. My ID number was incorrectly typed on my policy so they can never find my policy. Eventually that was sorted by Kastello and my car was sent in for repairs. 22 days later now and still no update and no car... Sigh. On the plus side, I work in Insurance too and if I get the opportunity I will be head hunting Kastello Govender. I strongly suggest you look after this employee. He tried very hard to keep me as a client and he is the only positive thing I can say about you.
