Up to MAX taking our customers money

Last night i received this letter/email that my monthly installment is going up. What the hell. 2 Months a go you guys lowered my premium because of the lie you sell of op to 50% back on fuel and now suddenly my monthly goes up. How is that possible. Due to risk etc, please check when last i had a claim....2015.

You guys phone me promising me everything, cards that will be delivered with rewards, again did everything you asked and nothing, nothing has changed. Still receiving this bull of R100 per month fuel reward. Where are these cards, discounts?????

Now you guys tell me so proud of the R1294.50 you paid back to me over the last 12 months. Reminder: I spend +/-R4500 per month on fuel (+/-R54000 over 12 months). That a full 2,39%. Thanks for the up to 50% back. You should sell....UP TO, BUT NEVER 50%. What happened to looking after the costumer...for bid I ever get into a accident, what will the excuses be then.

I trust you will come with answers and solutions... And also no call center agents, but someone in position that understands and can give proper solutions and feedback
