Untrutful sales consultant

The consultant's sales pitch was so flawed because I advised how much insurance I am currently paying and I do not have access. He said if I get the discovery vitality tracker I would get cash back, I would get R700 on the 15th Oct cash back when my insurance was supposed to start on the 25th Oct. I would not have switched insurances if I knew this was all a lie because once I joined I was told I will get cash back in November after calculating my driving points and fuel. Why can't the sales consultant be truthful? I feel like he tells you that because he knows he will hold you with "terms and conditions apply" which he reads out at the end of a call, after you have been on the phone for 15 minutes and they are so long that you can never not miss anything. Now I am worse off because I am paying exactly what I was paying with precious insurance which didn't make me work for points nor did I have access and I have access with discovery. How do I take the stupid discovery tracker off that I paid for because R80 cashback is really not worth it!!!!
