Unsure if they can actually insure so not world class service
Terrible service from call centre. A team leader in claims who promised a call back still waiting..... So not world class service worst service ever!

18 Aug 2025, 10:12So its Monday again and still not a peep from so-called best insurance service! Pathetic to say the least! Cameron and Amina where is your drive urgency and tenacity..... Down the drain clearly. Mr high and mighty Gore said if you hear or come across someone whom is dissatisfied with the service provided by Discovery and does bothing to assist they should be fired..... Well well well I don't see you looking for a new job!
