Unstable Monthly Premium let to October 2016 premium bounces

Am very angry that Discovery Insure has had fluctuating premiums in the past months that now led to October 2016 premium bouncing. There was never communication indicating possible adjustments, nor a courtesy schedule for all these unstable premiums.

I am more angry that my bank has charged R115 for this transaction, I demand that discovery insure deduct this R115 off the October 2016 premium when running another debit order. Sadly, this unpaid item reflects badly on my personal finance credit records, am ****ed.

MAY 3, 2016 = R 1,862.66

MAY 31, 2016 = R 2,004.37

JULY 1, 2016 = R 1,982.83

AUGUST 1, 2016 = R 1,982.83

AUGUST 31, 2016 = R 2,262.34

OCTOBER 1, 2016 = R 2,271.64

This is the only insurer that has such unstable deductions, and I don't think it's worth it. No explanaition, am extremely angry and demand a proper explanaintion and the R115 paid by discovery. A cent more charged without prior notification is too much since I plan my finances in advance. I am ****ed off at this debit order bouncing plus the stupid iWatch malfunctioning.
