Would it be possible to have reasons why Discovery has not approved the fixes on my car in writing??? I am tired of hearing one thing everyday, I have suffered soo kuch emotional distress, frustrations and frankly the way I have been treated is starting to make me feel like Discovery probably does not have my car anymore. Like they are trying to hide something. Would I please have a full report of this whole issue in writing? Lebo

Hi Preveshen, as per my previous comment , would it be possible to have in writing why Discovery has had my car for 2 months today and why no one bothers to communicate with me . It is so funny how the app still says my car will be ready on the 20 th of Feb and tomorrow will be the 20 th of March and I still will not have a car . One hears stories about how badly insurance companies have treated them and even how cars can go missing in the hands of the Insurance companies . I am at that point where I feel that Discovery probably does not have my car . That is why everytime I see a silver I20 , i check its number plates to see if it not mine .

Hi, would you please make sure I have my car by Friday the 23rd of March. I am not waiting another week . I do not want to hear we are waiting to assemble or do final checks . I want my car by Friday .
