Pathetic service!! Took 6 weeks for claim to pay out because Discovery Insure made a mistake. We could not get finance for another car if the one that was ****** not settled. We had a courtesy car and I wanted to extend it because we can't operate with only 1 car and since Discovery insure took so long... Problem from their side!!!... We are going to struggle with 1 car.
Take your money each month but when it comes to pay out for claim they take long.
Def will not see me again. Going back to my previous insurance company!
