Unrewarded Vitality Drive Regards Member

I became a member of Discovery Insure in August this year because I insured my car. I was informed I would receive Vitality Drive Rewards. Despite numerous attempts at activating Vitality Drive Rewards over the app it still doesn't work and no matter how many times I press "get started", I end up back where I began - with no Vitality Drive Rewards. What I find extremely frustrating is that I have called discovery insure four times and emailed them pictures of this problem and yet have not heard anything back. I have never received a reference number for my calls and my email remains unanswered to this day. Today was the worst experience. Both my calls today disconnected because my airtime ran out while I was waiting for someone to inform me how they could activate Vitality Drive Rewards for me. On neither occasion did someone bother to phone me back. I find it incredibly ironic that's this most unrewarding of experiences happens when I try to activate a Rewards program. I would really like to resolve this problem, or at the least, receive a call back. I'll even take an email.
