I have recently had some damages to a property I rent. I have tried to get a response from discovery to assist me with the issue. I have now submitted a claim for the damages.
I have not heard anything from discovery yet. Only response was a automated sms to give the name of the person to handle my case and the reference number.
How useless.

I want to know how you do water damage assessment? Because I was told that EK electronic wants to come and pick up the electronics. I have asked both Keneiloe Makgalemele and EK electronic to explain how they want to test for water damage, but EK Electronic could not explain to me, but said that the Technician will phone me. No one has phoned me and Thursday EK electronic pitched up at my house to take my electronics to test.
Pleas explain this to me.

I have today alone left 3 messages and an email to her to phone me back. The other consultants at Discovery could only help me “this far” but needed approval from her to finish this claim.
