Unresolved issue.

On Friday 10th September I lost my phone unfortunately, luckily the phone was insured.

I went to the police station to report the case as well as called the service provided and had the phone block, I then called discovery and give them all the information required and made the claim, I was told that the turn around time would be 24 hours.

I expressed how important this is and the consultant told me "don't worry sir we can get this resolved before 16:30 on the Friday. 16:30 came and went and I did not receive any correspondence from discovery at all.

I called back Saturday morning mind you on my daughter birthday and spoke to a Matome who was extremely kind and helpful..Matome told me he needed some information from me to verify my claim, he then took all the details and verified it in his words "your claim has been verified" all that needed was the quotes. Matome told me that the quotes department is closed and I should call back Monday morning as we just need to get quotes.

Today is Monday and I called back, I told by a team leader that my claim has now been sent to senior management and I will receive correspondence once its done.

I asked for an ETA I was not given one, I asked if the team leader can ask as to when they will call she said no she cant. We have surpassed turn around time, I have called back numerous times and SPENT MY MONEY EVERYTIME calling Discovery and NOT ONCE did I receive a call back yet every time I asked for a call back I did not receive one!

I want my issue resolved and this is not happening for me.
