Unresolved debit order

My last debit order was returned unpaid and discovery insure messaged me to say they would be re-debiting me in 15 days time, however they re-debited me on the 13th instead and my funds hadn't come through. I called discovery insure on 15/06 to inform them of this and if they can debit my account as I've deposited the funds in my account. The gentleman informed me that all is well and that he has mailed financials to re-debit my account as they do not accept deposits. I told him I was very concerned but he said not to worry. Now I get an sms saying that my insurance has lapsed due to non payment. I tried calling them now but they are closed. I need this rectified immediately as I have no cover on my car.
