Unresolved Claim

2 years ago I took in my vehicle which needed repairs on the exterior and interior at the Renew it in Rivonia ,Sandton Weeks later I was told my car was ready only to find out that both seats were not replaced but they were just temporary fix

I was told by Renew it that my seats would be replaced as soon as they find the seats because they weren't available in the country- these were covid times so I was considerate.

In the 2 years I did not receive any communication from Discovery nor Renew about my car seats, I've been in back and forth with both companies and no one wants to take acknowledgement on this matter! Till to date, the car seats are looking terrible and I'm still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I've escalated but I'm not satisfied with the outcomes I'm receiving from both companies
