Unresolved claim

"On May 1st, 2023, I was involved in a car accident and promptly reported the incident, which also included a third party. After posting about it, my car was finally repaired on July 14th. However, today I received a message indicating that they haven't assisted or repaired the third party's car yet. As of now, the third party's vehicle remains unrepaired. I contacted them today, but they keep putting me on hold, and my calls keep getting disconnected."
