Unresolved claim

I was involved in an accident on the 23rd October 2021 till this day my car is not completely fixed, Malefetsane Peter ( Claims Administer) has not said a word to me since I sent him a follow up mails on the 7th March and third party ( Fleet VIP) has not responded to my calls or request.

Please can I get someone to attend to my claim urgently - Claim number ***.
