Unresolve issue since 2022!

I strongly do not recommend to ensure your cars with them! Especially when you get into an accident and it's not your fault. My accident happened in 2022 and now it's 2024..I am fighting for my own case as discovery just does the admin and leaves it to their attorneys to sort out. The countess hours of sitting on the phone, all the airtime I've lost...it's not worth it. "I" always have to follow up on my case, yes "I" because they don't care for calling or updating you as a paying customer. Since 2023 the update they are giving me is that they are waiting approval for the RDJ and I must wait 6 months then I must call back. I waited 6 months and called back just to be told there's no update\approval and I must wait ANOTHER 6 MONTHS, that's a whole year gone by without justice been done. I pay so much for my small car and I asked if my installments can be reviewed only to be told I have to put my excess higher to bring it done...REALLY?! Guys, Please don't make my mistake
