Unreliable Service

I would like to express my complete disgust and utter disappointment at Discovery Ensure department. These days they have developed a tendency of making promises they cannot fulfill. If a client or would be client calls in for assistance, they either hang up on you OR tell you they will call you back (and always at the client's request)🙄 then they don't call back.

On Wednesday I called in wanting to make a few changes to my policy,(money in their pockets if I might add 🙄) I spoke to Sage and told him the reason for my call. I then requested him to call back as I was already holding on for too long. To this day he hasn't called back and this is the indication of just how they don't take their clients seriously. This call that I made was a matter of urgency, but it was taken for granted by people who think you are wasting their time by asking them to call you back.

This is the second time Discovery Ensure does this. At this point I don't even think I want to be their client anymore.
