Unreasonable Claim rejection

I recently suffered a theft from my house. A laptop, PSP and tablet were ******. Registered a claim with Discovery Insure.<br> <br> Firstly, I have been told that the tablet cannot be replaced because I am unable to blacklist the Vodacom prepaid number that was used through the tablet. Went to Vodacom personally, they cannot pick up the make of the tablet on the \system"so the claim was rejected. I still have the box"
