Unreasonable Charges with no breakdown/back up as to what they are for

I have called numerous times to follow up on the debit orders going off my account for the pro-rata premiums of my vehicle insurance. I have been redirected, calls have been disconnected, and account queries apparently logged to request the detail of the funds that were charged to me as it is excessive, which i was explicitly told can only be sent to me 48 hours after being logged, tomorrow will be a week since it was logged and I still have had no feedback on this matter.
