Unreasonable attitude

I have been with Discovery Insure since 2016, previously had life and medical cover with them. I had taken my vehicle in for a quote to a Panelbeater that does scratches and dents. I was quoted R6000 for the repairs, which I accepted. I enquired from Discovery if they would honour the claim as it's just cosmetic damages. Due to the fact that there was a scratch on the front bumper, rear bumper and door, Discovery expects me to put in 3 claims as it is viewed as 3 separate incidents. Although I have zero excess, I refused, as the principal of the matter is that these are minor touch ups/cosmetic repairs, why should I put in 3 claims opposed to 1. Should I have had an excess of say R3k, the excess would have been R9k on a R6k claim. Really Discovery? Upon enquiry by my broker I was advised that this is Discovery's "Rule". Just for interest, my monthly premium is R6k per month which they have been collecting since 2016. I have since cancelled my policy with Discovery, god forbid I have a more serious claim, what would I have to deal with. Potential clients please take note of Discovery's attitude.

Oh well. Your loss Discovery. Public take note if you insured with Discovery, you are not covered for scratches and dents to your vehicle as per the reply above.
