Unprofessional staff

I took out a policy in April 2021 and sent a cancellation after my current insurance gave me a better deal.To my surprise this morning (04/05/2021) i received a notification from my bank that Discovery Insure tried to debit my account even after sending through a cancellation letter.This is pure unprofessionalism from Mulisa Museri and the Discovery Insure staff who clearly are not doing their work.
