Unprofessional Service from Third Party Claim Department

I lodged a Third Party Claim for my accident damaged vehicle with Discovery Insure via my Legal Advisors. The official date that the claim was submitted was 12 July 2022. The accident that Discovery client caused was on 18 of March 2022. After numerous phone calls and emails sent by my Legal Aid requesting updates and feed back, the Discovery Legal Liability Advisor sent me a Settlement Offer for my written off vehicle on the 6 October 2022. The offer is a lot less than what the market value of my vehicle at the time of the accident. I have not accepted the offer. And now everything went quiet. I have not heard or seen any further correspondence from the Discover Legal Liability Advisor.

It would seem that even though I copied the Manager in on my reply, I am being blatantly ignored!!! I am utterly disgusted with way I am being treated.

If this is the way Discovery Insure deals with Third Party Claims, I feel even more sorry for their clients and future clients. I would not to be associated with Discover if this is their level of professionalism.
