Unprofessional Service

I am very disappointed with the so called vehicle claims (***) handler. Firstely the letter is so unpersonal, addressed “Good day” as it seems he does not even know who to address. Further he cannot spel attached and then he in the second paragraph state (Not financed) as the vechicle was registered and in the last paragraph “If financed, please provide……….from the bank.

What an unproffesional letter. He claimed in his signature box “Specialist Claims Consultant - Short Term (Senior) - Broker”. I can only laugh.

He even did not bother to phone me once from Friday till today (Tuesday). If this is the quality of Discovery Insure people and how a client is handeld then I might as well reconsider my business with them.
