Unprofessional Insurance Claim

Very disappointed with my claim process. I did a claim last week, submitted my documents on Wednesday 2024/07/17, i received an email on Thursday 2024/07/18 from Nomathambo Tshabalala stating my claim has been processed and payment with be made 72 hours. On Monday 2014/07/22 still did not receive the payment. I sent an email enquiering why? I received an sms stating yesterday 2024/07/23 stating the payment has been made to my account. Unfortunately i still did not receive the payment. Today when i called i was told the claim was only processed yesterday 2024/07/23 and unfortunately that cannot fast track this payment yet i was told on 2024/07/18 payment will be made 72 hours. Have my policy for years, first time making a claim. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.
