Unprofessional, Disgusting and ********* Customer service
If there was 0 I would have given 0. Logged a query 13 May 2024 to date no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with Discovery insure for ********* and unprofessional. I have sent more than 10 emails and still noone response

This kind of customer service is really unacceptable and unprofessional l disappointed by total failure of Discovery to resolve my query within reasonable time since May 2024. So far l have spoken to the following consultant and all have promise to provide feedback to date not one of them came back with a resolution. I spoke to Gift, Rati Prince forgot the 4th one. Can i have someone from the so-called accounts department to call me and explain because according to my mathematical calculations Discovery still owes me a credit and l have proved to your consultants none of them dispute my calculations. WHY IS IT NOONE FROM ACCOUNTS NOT WILLING TO PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL ME???? We pay your salaries just remember!!
