Unprofessional Conduct

I was involved in an accident on 4th Feb 2022. Submitted my claim online and received sms confirmation on 04/02/2022 20.28 - claim number ***. Since then i have not received any communication from Discovery Insure. I tried calling but cannot get through. This is not the kind of service that i would expect from Discovery.
