Unprofessional behaviour from Discovery Insure

A lady by the name of Lydia called numerously after giving a quote to me to take on Discovery Insure. After telling her on many occasions we would contact them when we are ready to move our insurance, she kept calling. Yesterday she called again and tried to force us to take on the insurance. After forcing the issue, I told her we are not moving our insurance and she said, “If you want to continue paying high prices, fine!” And disconnects the call. I think this behaviour is very unprofessional coming from Discovery especially at the fact that I am a client of Discovery.
