Unpleasure accident turned into a pleasure experience with Discovery

I would really like to appreciate a great service from Florence Lebo Kitime who called me to assist with my claim. She called me before I even tried to call Discovery for help. It was so fast that I was wondering how she could contact me within 10 minutes from the accident happened. She was very helpful and caring to arrange my car to be towed and arrange alternative transport for me to get home. She even called me back after 30 minutes to check if I got home safely.
