Unpaid third party uninsured car
Dear Hello-peter
Please assist , discovery insure third party uninsure claim*** has not been concluded yet . On the 7/3/25 I called Liabilities department personnel Mathapelo Bokaba to follow up on my third party claim *** she said they are writing off the car, waiting for her manager to authorise the payment & should I not receive an email from her by friday the 14/3/2025 i should contact her. On the 14/3/25 my partner called & he was told that Mathapelo is busy will inform her to call us back as usual she has not called nor sent an email.
Please help me i’m emotionally drained by this as where i’m working a car is a requirement , I cannot apply for a car refinance due to pending settlement of my car debt.

17 Mar 2025, 19:01I’m sick & tired of your apologies with no action your client that drove over me has no problems with transport & work to him is life as usual & there is me with no life stuck with a immoveable wrecked car. Your client was at fault so please pay my car so i can get another one before my name is added on unemployed SA statistics.
