Unpaid claim.

I put a claim on the 23rd of March 2022. Everything I call ,I get different consultants who ask me the same thing that the previous one asked. When you call, you wait on the phone for more than 20 minutes before anyone answers. I have been going around in circles for the past 3 weeks with no joy and no one to attend to my claim.
