unjust pay out

Today I’ve received an email from third party claims,Liabilities department with the settlement of R82000, less salvage R68720 & the market value of the car is 171 800, this is a slap on my face as a black child that was hit & run by a white guy that didn’t stop at the stop sign whom was found by the police after 5 days post the accident & now you claim that no body on the road has a right of way “ the car accident was both parties negligence” in other words you are trying to tell me that your client Mark laurentius was right not to stop at Angelo road crossing the free way R82 & run away from what he has done. Please discovery insurance liabilities department Mathapelo Bokaba, management, claim *** pay my car’s market value in full & sell that wrecked car at the amount that you are estimating is worth of R68720,00. The s**** yards i’ve contacted today they are offering to buy it at the cost of R20000 maximum R40000. You are using your white supremacy to take disadvantage of poor working black lady to make profit. As your settlement finalisation is a pure oppression & you guys are condoning the reckless driving in the name of there is no right of way in the road.Your client Mark Laurentius the worst part he has a history of drink & driving has been apprehended 3 times for drink & driving & you are turning a blind eye on that, I believe on the 30/12/2024 @ 19:30 he was drunk that’s why he hit & run away.

Hello-peter please help me discovery to pay the market value of the car in full & they take the car to sell it at the amount they are estimating it’s worth.

the worst thing that annoys me Mathapelo Bokaba has never called to find out what exactly happened on that day 30/12/2024 @ 19:30 , she only re**** on what the white guy is telling them. Deep inside even if you cannot pay my car you know the truth on a free way R82 old Verenegeng road you need to stop before you cross the road because of his ethnic group his word is final therefore i need to suffer for his negligence,he drove & if he was in he was a good person he was suppose to be the one who took us out of the car and called ambulance instead he drove off left us to die in the car & you believe all the lies his telling you. Worst part he never bothered himself to find us , if it wasn’t that his number plate fell off on the scene we wouldn’t know who hit us.

It’s a pity that you are protecting your business & your client reckless driver.

I pray to God that what i’m going through doesn’t happen to anyone.

what i need you guys to do is to pay my car’s market value in full & take that wrecked immovable car & sell it as i’m not getting the offer of what you are estimating is worth for.

To be black & poor in South Africa is very hard as people like Mark Laurentius are allowed to do as they please.

I will take this to all the social media platforms to seek help as I cannot afford to pay R68720,00 to the bank.

Even now the calls i’m receiving some are offering to buy the car as cheap a R10000 & you are telling me that i’s worth R68720,00? come on guys stop playing with me because you know I cannot afford a laywer.

I assure you i’ll make discovery insurer famous for what you are doing to me.

with due respect, may you please investigate your client thoroughly as the accident was a hit & run, found your client through the police after 5-10 days post accident. We shared the accident report, case no with your staff member Mathapelo Bokaba, the case number is CAS574/12/2024 alternatively go to Mondeor police to retrieve our statement that was done on the 30/12/2024.

Your client Mark Laurentius left us to die inside the overturned car with no trace fortunately we found his number plate on the road after we were rescued by the people that came after the accident.

If it wasn’t for his number plate we would have not known who has collided with us. Discovery team & management think about this if he was in his normal state of mind was he not suppose to atleast go to the nearest police station to report the accident & call an ambulance or maybe send his friend to go to check on us at the scene if he was in shock, instead he kept quite.

At Mondeor police station my hubby was told that your client has a history of drink & driving.

All i’m asking is that please pay my car’s market value and take the damaged immoveable car as i won’t be able to get a buyer that will buy the car at the cost of R68720. So far i’ve been getting offers between R10000 maximum of R40000.

I’m humbly requesting for the review of claim *** as your client was at fault mind you he is not a safe driver to collide with “humans” & live them to die.

I wish i was white as I believe this claim would have been resolved
