uninsured third party claim

On the 30/12/2025 @19:30 I was involved in a hit & run car accident, open the case same day, the suspect was found & met with at Mondeor police station as arranged by the investigating officer, upon meeting it was concluded that the suspect to make a third party claim on his discovery insure since my car was uninsured, claim no *** was made & my case allocated to Mathapelo Bokaba. I’ve sent her all the documents that she needed including 2quotes & car registration certificate on the 20/01/25. On the 13/02/2025 I called Mathapelo Bokaba with no success then sent her an email then she called saying the car registration certificate is encrypted whereas that document was converted to pdf , I then resent it & she promised as usual that she will call me back on friday the 21/02/2025 with the assessor’s feedback she has never called I called twice spoke to Eddie said will inform Mathapelo Bokaba to call me back once she comes back from lunch. As usual she never called back till today, please help me, i’m emotional drained as I’ve been calling her always told she will call me back with no call back.
