Unimpressed with Discovery Insure

I insure two cars with Discovery Insure for the last 10 years. Never has any problems. Until now.

First problem: I sold my IX35 last year and bough a Jimmy 1.5. I cannot get the logbook for the IX35 out of Discovery Insure. I made so many calls and explained it so many times. All I get send is the logbook of the Jimmy. Somehow no-one understands I want the logbook of the IX35 prior to the Jimmy for the previous tax year 28 Feb 2022 - Feb 2023. They just keep on sending me the logbook of the Jimny.

Second problem - I get send the logbook of the Jimmy, but it only indicates GPS coordinates. On the Insure app it indicates the destinations so it makes it way easier for me to do my tax - but the app only goes back to mid April 2023. I want the app to go back to at least Dec 2022 when I bought the car, so that I can log the business trips from December to Feb 2023. No-one can help me. How is it possible that your app does not keep history for at least the previous tax year?
