Unhappy with service

Sir , <br> I ,L.Pillai , ID *** ,made enquiries with discovery claims as to why my vehicle was not deregistered since being written off .. Insurance have paid the bank MFC the settlement amount and the bank had requested some information from Claims at discovery which was not forthcoming . The bank required and assessors report, photos of the vehicle and a letter of request from the insurance company in order for the bank to process and release the original log book so that the vehicle can be deregistered.<br> I have had no joy with discovery insure ..I have liased with Simphiwe , Denelle from discoveryinsure claims .I then sent a mail the manager SimoneR , who responded by informing me Hannes will call me and facilitate. Hannes did call 2 days later but that was the last I heard from him. They say that information is with the Salvage department and I cannot fone and enquire...one can only communicate via e-mail with that section.<br> I have been trying since the 22 December 2015. <br> <br> I called Collin from MFC [***] who was very helpful but says he cannot act without the required documents from discovery insure.
