UNHAPPY SERVICE PROJECTION
I am saddened as a client of discovery, that in this past few months been trying to get assistance from a agent. After numerous attempts calling in to speak to an agent they were always too busy. Hence always taken my number and details to return my call, which does not happen. From a proactive client service of a 5 star rating, their service has decreased dramatically, if I may say that.

Thank you for your response. I have however given contact details every time I made contact with the call centre. These numbers have been active up till this day.
I clearly understand that you are serving thousands of clients daily,. Hence I still expected a call within the minimum time process.
Think I left a contact number on my review and still haven't received a call.
