Unhappy Response from discovery insure

Thanks for the response from Discovery I sure, there explanation does not make sense and to be honest, discovery does not have the ability to see outside the box. I bought my house for 280 000.00 rands with the exact same roof and ceilings. My wife invested 25000.00 rands to do up our ceilings and walls with gamazine. One of discovery insure contractors charges discovery 279000.00 rands to do two ceilings and it’s ok...what a joke. Anyway thanks for your response and I hope I could be a contractor to discovery and make such good money. I alway thought client comes first but with discovery insure contractors come first and clients get cancelled. Do contractors ever tell you how many times they claim for the same job with different claim numbers....a big noooo. Let me explain, all jobs done at my house was never released for payment and I want to know from discovery insure how did they sanction payment without me signing off job release or give my comments on the job done. Answer please. You guys are too quick to blame client for too many claims but you don’t see the incomplete job done. Get you house in order before you blame client. Your contractors are not saints and I am willing to prove that to u. Some jobs are charged twice without no work done. I would like discovery insure to give me a complete history of all work done at my house eithouse devouring contractors so I can defend my self as a client. Anyway you cancelling me.
