Unhappy. No feedback.

I dont like writing reviews about Discovery Insure. This is my second review. On 12 April I drove into a huge pothole and my car left wheels were damanged. No other obvious damage was seen. A flatbed truck was arranged by Discovery. This all happened around 5 am in the morning. Discovery arrange a loan car for 30 day. I fetched the car on 12 April too. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls since then to find out what us happening with my car.

On 25 April at 4 pm I received a call from an assessor. He indicated that my car's grill was lying on the ground and sent me photos. When my car was towed on 12 April the grill was still attached to my car. The assessor was close to being rude and told me I have to take this up with Discovery.

I again emailed daily from 25 April asking for someone to phone me. Every time I tried phone, the waiting time was extremely long and I was using my cell phone.

Up and until today I have not received a call and only received standard reply email indicating that my query will be attended to.

I only have a few days left before I have to return my rental car. I dont know what is happening and noone comes back to me. I was with MiWay for over 10 years and had a great support and experience. I switched to Discovery as their premiums were more affordable. I hope I did not make a mistake.
