Unhappy Discovery insure customer

Hi everyone, i am very unhappy with the negative feedback i recieved from discovery insure. My household contend is insured with Discovery insure so I put in a claim for my microwave oven that broke and they refuse to repair or replace my microwave. I will rather not give the name of tne person who handled my claim. After they have done their inspections they have found that the transformer and the magnetron is the problem and they refuse to repair that. How will you feel as a customer if they tell you they are not going to replace your item. Im very upset and i want everybody to know that if you are insured with discovery insure you must not count on it that your claim will be paid out or your items will be replaced. They are the first company to take your money every month but when it comes to a claim there is 110 stories why they cant pay out or repair your item that is broken.
