Unhappy client

Good day My experience with Discovery was okay until they have to pay out my claim then things turn out bad.

My claim was approved and money was paid to the wrong account. In April 2020 my account was reinstated to the wrong account that's was there sense 2018. According to my knowledge there was suppose to be only one banking account details.

When it was reinstate an account was use that for the past 2 years no premiums when off. The consultant that help me in April was supposed to check and see that there was 2 banking details on the policy and check where the premiums when of the past 2 years.

So the claim was approved and the money for the t.v. was paid to the wrong account. After alot of emails and money spend on phone call every day trying to sort it out still no outcome to my probleme.

I've been transferred to diffrent departments sense June 2020.

I've had good service up untill 2020, still no tv or someone to help me resolve my issue. I'm stock and upset.
