Unhappy Client!

Not satisfied with service by Discovery Business Insurance! *** Our vehicle was ****** in July 2022 and recovered in Zimbabwe. After vehicle was recovered we informed Discovery and were not given a directive on how to proceed. We contacted the detective who told us we needed to go to Zimbabwe to identify the vehicle. We went and identified the vehicle in Zimbabwe and informed Discovery. We informed Discovery of the condition of the vehicle and that there is a pending court case as the ***** had been arrested when vehicle was recovered. We have asked for a call from Discovery to discuss the process and how this matter can be resolved but no one bothers to call. Discovery does not seem to want to assist us with this claim. Our question is what if the court case is remanded for the next 5 years? We are suggesting for Discovery to somehow get the vehicle assessed as it is highly possible that the vehicle is a write off.(note that vehicle was driven across the driver to cross the border, all the tyres were deflated, the windows were all covered in a ********** black tint and the back was also damaged). Surely we cannot be expected to wait indefinitely for this matter to play out. Vehicle was for business use and therefore we have had no revenue since July 2022. It is totally unacceptable that Discovery is failing to make a decision on this claim and that makes us question their client centricity. We cannot wait any longer while Discovery seems not to be bothered.
