Unhappy client

I'm disappointed cause my I feel like am a **** I have being ask a lot of **** by discovery claim officer am not cause I did everything they wanted .I took car for inspection. I paid my insurance in time .I have the case number and the third party is on my neck.he calls me a lot about his car to be fixed but nothing has done . All I get from discovery claim office/ (Mr Phillip Lawerne) he wants my all my banking accounts, my ex girlfriend confirmation letter from airport and tracker of which this has nothing to do with the accident. I'm very disappointed can the ombudsmen to help me out. I believe I took a right decision by taking discovery insurance, cause they say they are the best, but they want to give a reason not to pay my claim.
