unhappy Cleint

I am a client for so long I put in Claim last year and the claim was approved.The money was paid to a person that was loaded to my policy.

they have been investigating this matter since last year I don't have a tv nor the money to buy a new tv.

All discovery has been saying is that they have to investigate the matter

I need a t.v. and I need to know who loaded a other person on my policy cause for one I know my banking details wash on their so I confirmed it without know there is more banking details this person got paid my tv money and the bank can't give me their details.So lost big time and all discovery says is that they need to investigate how long does it take to fix this mess and why must I keep on running and calling u guys and the client and I have been disappointed.

I need answers from a the top person not a agent.If this matter don't get solve I for one will take it a step further I have been very patient with Discovery but I have run out.
