Unhappy
First time dealing with Discovery insure and very unhappy. From 26th May up until now and emails and calls no one still got back to us. Lady called today to speak to my husband and he wasn't here told her please call at 3. Still nothing. I dealt with Buhle, she hung up. Called back to speak to Buhle again got through to Busi. No one called us back. And we called wednesday.

14 Jun 2021, 15:16So, on Friday someone from the complaints department called and stated IT will sort out my issue and he will call today with an update. Hoping this will still happen? It's nearly 4 not sure what hours they work so?
